Route 119 Memorial Boulevard Bridge Maintenance Work Monday Night in Fayette County

​Uniontown, PA- Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that Route 119 Memorial Boulevard Bridge is scheduled for overnight maintenancenext week in the City of Connellsville, Fayette County.

Northbound and southbound single-lane restrictions will be in place on the superstructure spanning the Youghiogheny River from Monday, April 22 at 9:00 PM to Tuesday, April 23 at 6:00 AM, depending on weather and operations.

Green Acres Contracting will be conducting bridge bearing, scupper, seal flushing and cleaning as part of a $375,000 project for bridge preservation on state roads throughout PennDOT District 12's Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.

Exercise caution while approaching the work zone. Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
