Dentons appoints Neelima Paladugu as Global Chief People Officer

Dentons, the world's largest law firm, has appointed Neelima Paladugu as its Global Chief People Officer. Paladugu joins Dentons from Deloitte, where she served as a Global People Managing Director.

A highly-regarded champion of innovative people leadership, she has been instrumental in the optimization of Deloitte's Global organization, supporting exponential growth of its workforce in 85+ countries. She has led numerous transformations including the creation of global shared services organizations, change management for large scale integrations and launching of progressive talent development initiatives.

Prior to Deloitte, Paladugu held key leadership roles at IBM, Merrill Lynch and PWC. Paladugu will join Dentons on November 15.
