Scituate Barracks

On Monday, May 27th, 2024 at 12:13 AM, Troopers arrested Julius T. Jokan, age 26, of 31 Mawney Steet, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: .164; Phase II: .162). The arrest resulted from calls for an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
