Sexual Assault Alert, Man Arrested Voyeurism Investigation, Spadina Avenue and Willcocks Street area, Image Released

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Voyeurism investigation.

It is alleged that:

• On Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at approximately 10 p.m., a female entered an all-female washroom at the University of Toronto, in the Spadina Avenue and Willcocks Street area
• a man followed her into the washroom
• as the female was in the washroom stall, the man placed his cell-phone over the stall and began to record the female

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, members of 52 Division Criminal Investigative Bureau, executed a Criminal Code search warrant.

Chun Fai Choy, 33, of Markham, has been arrested and charged with:

1. Voyeurism
2. Fail to Comply with Release Order

He is scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 301.

An image of Choy has been released.

Police believe there may be more victims.
