Penn State Health employee fiscal 2022 goals due Oct. 29

Penn State Health employees must enter their fiscal 2022 goals into Global Human Resources (GHR), and managers must approve them by Friday, Oct. 29.

Employees must set a minimum of one goal and strive to meet the SMART goal-setting model: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound.

Employees and managers can access GHR from the Infonet. From Infor Global HR in the waffle menu, they must select "Manage Goals" to verify that their goals appear on the Active tab.

For additional information about how to enter goals, conduct performance conversations and additional end-of-year requirements, log into mySolutions and search for Performance and Goals.
