SoCalGas Construction Starting 4/15/23

SoCalGas iroutinely performs various pipeline maintenance and safety tasks, including patrolling, inspecting, testing, repairing, and replacing pipelines.

Construction along the Walnut Trail Near Harvard Avenue, is expected to take approximately 2 months to completed (weather and other factors permitting).

• Access to Harvard Avenue via Walnut Trail will be closed for the duration of the project
• Trail access at Liberty Street will be closed
• Trail users will be rerouted to Como Channel Trail
• SoCalGas and contractors trucks and other heavy equipment will be in the area.
• Construction and/or operational noise from equipment and personnel.

Per SoCalGas, your natural gas service should continue without interruption. If that changes, a SoCalGas representative will notify you.
