Rapp Amendment Ensures 65th District Health Systems Exempt from Non-Compete Clause Ban

WARREN - Rep. Kathy L. Rapp (R-Warren/Crawford/Forest), Republican chair of the House Health Committee, announced the committee approved a bill that would ban non-compete agreements in health care employment contracts. House Bill 1633 now includes an amendment that excludes employers under certain conditions in sixth-, seventh- and eighth-class counties, which includes Warren, Crawford and Forest counties. House Bill 1633 now heads to the full House for consideration.
