Public Service and PSU Tour Belmopan Offices

Belmopan, May 12, 2023.

On May 8, Hon. Henry Charles Usher, Minister of Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform, and Religious Affairs, and staff from the ministry accompanied Dean Flowers, President of the Public Service Union (PSU), and members of the PSU Belmopan Branch on a tour of several offices in Belmopan.

The group visited the Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries, the Police, Treasury, Fire and Audit departments and the Payroll Unit. During the visits, Minister Usher engaged with public officers on various issues, including the Pension Reform Act, the Civil Asset Recovery and Unexplained Wealth Order Bill, and the reinstatement of increments.

The joint team will be visiting government offices in other parts of the country.
