Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:13 AM, Troopers arrested Malik Gomes, age 27, of 124 John Street, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and other Offenses against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 12:32 AM, Troopers arrested Edwin D. Gomez-Aguilar, age 25, of 30 Kelly Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - Second Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Whitehall Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 4:10 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Mazariegos Deleon, age 20, of 60 Lowell Avenue, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer; 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, originating out of the Cranston Police Department; 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, originating out of the Providence Police Department; and 4.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, originating out of the State Police - Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.
