Final Amendment No. 2 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 Intended Use Plan (IUP) Program Information and Project Priority List for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Lead Service Line Replacement (BIL-LSLR) Funding

FFY 2024 DWSRF Intended Use Plan Amendment No. 2:

Final Amendment No. 2 to the FFY 2024 DWSRF IUP provides information relative to New York State's intended use of the anticipated FFY 2023 BIL-LSLR federal capitalization grant and includes a proposed priority list of projects eligible to receive BIL-LSLR funds (BIL-LSLR Eligible Project List).

Section 8.0 of the final amendment provides details on comments received during the draft amendment public comment period and responses provided.
