Altona male arrested for criminal contempt 2nd

On May 14, 2024, State Police members arrested Timothy E. Gardner, age 40, of Altona, NY for criminal contempt 2nd.

On May 14, 2024, at approximately 7:46 p.m., Troopers responded to LaForest Road in the town of Chazy for a report of an order of protection violation complaint. An investigation determined Gardner was on his four-wheeler, and went onto the property and location of where the victim was knowing he had an active stay-away order of protection.

Gardner was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mooers Court for a later date in May.
