Growth and ambitious tasks

Seven years ago, the Western Department of Mostostal Warszawa had 27 employees. Now, there are over 100 employees working in the region daily.

Currently, Mostostal Warszawa is undertaking large projects in the western part of Poland, mainly in Poznań. These include the construction of the Rectorate of Poznań University of Technology, a primary school in Poznań Strzeszyn, and the implementation of modern apartment buildings in the Portowo District in Poznań.

Mostostal Warszawa is also building a photovoltaic farm in Janikowo, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Modernization and innovation

The Western Department of Mostostal Warszawa focuses on modern solutions in its work. - It is standard for us to create models using BIM technology. We emphasize openBIM solutions. We implement POWER BI technology to summarize our data and build dashboards. The innovative Bidding Department is no longer using Excel or AutoCAD. The role of the Bidding Department goes beyond transferring contracts for implementation. We support Construction in terms of innovation, CDE platforms, and drones - says Michał Jujka, Coordinator of the Bidding Team at the Western Department of Mostostal Warszawa.

- Digitization is a standard on our Construction sites in Mostostal, as evidenced by the completed construction of the Marshal's Office in Szczecin, for which we received first place in the Handover category at the buildingSMART International Awards - Wojciech Juchimowicz, BIM Construction Coordinator at Mostostal Warszawa.

A rich career path

- I am a Contracts Manager. I have been working at Mostostal Warszawa for 6 years. During this time, I have had the pleasure of working on many interesting projects such as the PKP Car Wash in Wrocław or the construction of a hospital in Gryfice. I started working as a Production Preparation Engineer. Now I am a Contracts Manager, so you can see that the career path is very broad and available to everyone - emphasizes Justyna Kierepka-Wnuk.

Mostostal Warszawa is a place where people work well. This is evidenced by the fact that employees stay with the company for years. The average length of employment is 5 years.

We also pride ourselves on the fact that as representatives of the construction industry, we care about parity: already 38% of employees at Mostostal Warszawa are women, and we are proud of this.
