Intellectual Property Partners Hosting Open House May 21

Intellectual Property Partners (IPP) is celebrating their newly renovated office with an Open House for Stony Brook graduate students, faculty and staff on Tuesday, May 21, from 12 pm to 2 pm.

The IPP office is located on the fifth floor of the Frank Melville Jr. Memorial Library, Room N5002.

Stop by the Open House tomeet the IPP team and learn how they can help advance technologies to the market, and see the unveiling of the IPP Wall of Innovation, in which 10 of the university's most impactful inventions are highlighted. While there,enjoy a light lunch and giveaways for the first 50 attendees.

"This is a celebration for the whole university," said Donna Tumminello, associate director of IPP. "Whether you're a researcher or not, we would love for you to come and see the innovative products that resulted from successful partnerships between SBU inventors and the business community. The Wall of Innovation will help us as a community to never forget the impact of our cutting-edge research and what we've accomplished which has improved the quality of life for all."
