Greenberg Traurig Acts as Counsel in Korea Land & Housing Corporation’s BRL 1,016 Million Notes Offering

SEOUL - April 16, 2024 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Citigroup as the sole lead manager in a Reg. S offering of BRL 1,016 million 8.662% notes payable in U.S. dollars due 2026 by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) under its US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. The offering priced on April 3 and closed on April 15. The notes are the first issuance of synthetic BRL notes by LH.

LH was established as a statutory juridical corporation under the Korea Land & Housing Corporation Act in 2009 and is the principal instrumentality in carrying out the national land and housing policies of the Korean government.

The Greenberg Traurig attorneys leading the transaction were Shareholder Eun Sang Hwang and Associate Byoungjoo Lee in the Seoul office.
