Swisscom has once again proven its credentials in quality service provision. For the second year in a row, the Swisscom mobile hotline has topped the ranking by consumer magazine connect, achieving the best score among German-speaking countries and further improving its rating from 'very good' to 'outstanding'.
"I am over the moon that our efforts and consistent focus on our customers have paid off again this year," said a delighted Melanie Schefer Bräker, Head of B2C Customer Care at Swisscom. "This renewed victory also shows that our continuing investment in training and coaching, reliable processes and stable systems is paying off."
Swisscom once again achieved full marks for availability, which was rated 'outstanding'. The quality of advice received a special mention this year with an almost perfect rating of 'very good'. Swisscom employees also came out on top for friendliness, achieving an 'outstanding' rating. With a total of 475 points, Swisscom achieved the highest score of all the hotlines tested in Switzerland, Austria and Germany, making it the best mobile hotline among the German-speaking countries.
Swisscom customers enjoy the best service all round: besides the hotline, the Swisscom Shops and MySwisscom app have also topped the connect ranking for three years in succession.
How connect tests: 306 testers contacted the hotlines of the different providers over several weeks. All network operators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland were contacted five times each with ten different questions at different times, resulting in 50 calls per provider.
