Crystal Washington, Technology Trends Expert and One of Forbes’ 50 Leading Female Futurists, To Be Keynote Speaker at PRSA’s ICON 2024

NEW YORK, April 17, 2024 - PRSA announced today that futurist, author and technology strategist Crystal Washington will be a keynote speaker at ICON 2024, being held Oct. 15-17 at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, California.

Washington equips organizations with the knowledge they need to become "future-proof," making complex AI, social media and app technology easy to understand and accessible for everyone.
