In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230201-1 dated February 01, 2023, on the captioned matter.<_o3a_p>

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/ASB/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/29849/2023-24 dated December 06, 2023, has inter-alia hereby dispose of the requests made by way of emails dated October 18, 2023, and October 31, 2023 and additional submissions dated November 27, 2023 with the direction that DEMAT accounts/trading accounts of Priyankbhai V Pajapati (Noticee 7) and Suraj G Prajapati (Noticee 8) be de-freezed.<_o3a_p>

This Order is effective from the date of the order.<_o3a_p>

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.<_o3a_p>
