LVMH · July 15, 2022 Antoni Porowski, star of Netflix’s 'Queer Eye', is LVMH special envoy for Pride Month

In "Voices of Inclusion - PRIDE Conversations", a series of four videos produced in partnership with têtu, France's leading LGBTI+ media outlet, Antoni Porowski, TV personality, author, star of Netflix's "Queer Eye" and LVMH's special envoy, meets the Group's employees in Paris, London, New York and Singapore, who are committed on a daily basis to greater Diversity and Inclusion.

In the first episode of the series, Chantal Gaemperle discusses the vision of her role and her commitment to develop an exceptional, diverse, and dynamic community within the Group, on a global scale. Edouard Dordor shares his aspirations for the future LGBTI+ generations as well as the initiatives implemented within Moët Hennessy to allow all collaborators to live a fulfilling professional life, in which they can feel free to express themselves.

In line with this series, all LVMH employees are invited to select the one action that they feel has had the greatest impact among the dozens of LGBTI+ inclusion initiatives carried out within the Group so that it can be honored!

Resonating with "People Make the Difference", the unifying theme of LVMH's human resources policy, the Group is once again mobilizing its entire organization at every level of the hierarchy to promote the diversity on which its creativity is based and thus ensure the inclusion of all, to guarantee that everyone can feel free to express their full potential at all stages and dimensions of their career.

In this second episode of this series, Nicolas Streff, Global Brand & Corporate Communications Director at Belmond, behind the ALL LVMH Pride Employee Resource Groups in the United States and United Kingdom, talks about the creation of this network which promotes initiatives supporting the LGBTI+ community within the Group and its Maisons.
