Changes to the agenda
Tuesday
The following reports are added to the votes:
A Commission statement on the Water crisis and droughts in the EU as a consequence of the global climate crisis and the need for a sustainable, resilient water strategy for Europe is added as the second point in the afternoon. As a consequence, the sitting is extended to 23:00.
Wednesday
A Commission statement on the Commemoration of the 70th anniversary of 'l'Abbé Pierre's appeal' on addressing homelessness in the context of persisting poverty and social exclusion is added as the last point and followed by a round of political group speakers. As a consequence, the sitting would be extended to 23:00.
Requests by several committees to start negotiations with Council and Commission
Decisions by committees to enter into inter-institutional negotiations (Rule 71) are published on the plenary website.
If no request for a vote in Parliament on the decision to enter into negotiations is made by Tuesday 12.00 midnight, the committees may start negotiations.
