City hall flag at half mast, April 28, 2024
April 28, 2024 - The flag in front of City Hall is lowered to half mast in recognition of the National Day of Mourning. In 1984 the Canadian Labour Congress declared a National Day of Mourning for workers killed and injured on the job.
