IT IS ALL SYSTEMS GO FOR THE 2024 COSATU MAYDAY RALLY IN LIMPOPO PROVINCE

The Congress of South African Trade Unions in Limpopo Province is ready to proceed with the 2024 Mayday Rally as has been planned by the Federation and its affiliates over the past few months. This a significant Rally in the history of the trade union movement since it is the 30th Rally since the advent of our democracy. The alliance structures will address the workers and the masses of the people who will attend the rally; SANCO, ANC, SACP and COSATU. Various entertainment activities will take place at the rally, with various local, regional, and national artists performing to make the day a pleasant and memorable one for the masses gathered at the Rally.

The transport routes are as outlined in the transport plan that has already been circulated. We encourage members to consult with their Shopstewards or the transport coordinators as indicated on the transport plan.

We call on all workers and the communities to converge at Mahwelereng Stadium on 1 May 2024, at 9h00, to commemorate this important day in the history of the working class and working-class struggles.
