Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Rumen Radev on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria - The Liberation Day.

I wish that under your leadership Bulgaria will achieve its high goals. I note with satisfaction the constant expansion of the horizons of cooperation between Astana and Sofia, based on traditional friendship and mutual support.
