New Shared Use Path on West Side Under Construction

Construction has started on a shared-use path on FM 518 from Palomino Lane to Williamsport Street. Concrete barriers are being placed at the shoulder of the road, and crews will be working primarily behind those barriers. During this project, there will be some slight shifting of travel lanes and occasional lane closures as construction requires. Overall, there should be minimal interference with normal traffic flow.
