Robert Half Marks 25 Years on Most Admired Companies List

Only one talent solutions firm made FORTUNE'S World's Most Admired Companies® list for 2022 - and that company is Robert Half. Ours is the only organization in its industry to make the Most Admired Companies® list for 25 consecutive years.

This distinction underscores Robert Half's commitment to social responsibility, quality of management, innovativeness and six other criteria used to determine the world's best-regarded companies in FORTUNE's Global 500 database.

"To be recognized as a 'Most Admired Company' for a quarter of a century is an incredible honor and an achievement to celebrate," said M. Keith Waddell, president and chief executive officer of Robert Half. "Receiving this recognition for 25 straight years, and to be the only company in our industry to ever do so, is extremely rewarding. It validates our purpose, our culture, our business model and, most importantly, our people."

In early September, Robert Half was named to the highly competitive FORTUNE Best Workplaces for Women™ list. Protiviti is also included on the list.

The annual list is based on a survey of more than 640,000 women who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies. Employees shared feedback about their organization's culture, including issues of equal representation, career growth, fairness, trust and camaraderie. In addition to survey responses, organizational demographics were considered. At Robert Half and Protiviti, women comprise 55% of the global workforce.

"This recognition underscores our commitment to supporting the women who make up more than half of our global workforce," said Waddell. Also, in early September, Robert Half learned that our company was named to the FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list for the second consecutive year. (Protiviti is included on that list as well.)

This annual ranking was based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 104,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies in the consulting and professional services industry. In the 2022 Great Place to Work® survey, 94% of employees at Robert Half said our company is a great place to work, compared to just 57% at the typical U.S.-based company.
