NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Athens City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:15 p.m., on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the City Building.

This hearing is to consider a recommendation from the Athens City Planning Commission to rezone undeveloped lots on Grand Park Boulevard and Eden Place from R-2 Residential, One Family/Two Family zone, to R-3 Residential, Multi-Family zone.
