The CHF Nutrition Class is a stepping stone to help patients recover and better manage their health after a diagnosis of heart failure. Topics include sodium content of foods, cooking techniques, how to read labels, fluid restriction, and foods that support heart health. The goal is to help participants make small changes to their routines that won't interrupt their lifestyle, but will make a big impact on their health. Participants will work with a registered dietitian at no cost.
To reserve a spot in the class please call Rachel Iverson, Sanford Registered Dietitian, at (701) 323-6069.
