Traffic Safety Unit

At 6:30 pm Troopers arrested Miguel Pacheco, age 36, of Street, 36 Dodge Street Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Hit and Run, 2.) Reckless Driving, and 3.) Driving Without a License. This arrest was the result of an investigation of a suspicious party on Clay Street in the City of Pawtucket. Mr. Pacheco was processed and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

At 7:00 pm Troopers arrested Mikaila Van Allen, age 33, of 136 Broad Street Rehoboth, Massachusetts for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Ms. Van Allen was processed and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

At 9:54 pm Troopers arrested, Ryan McShane, age 48, of 23 Rose Garden Street, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - First Offense, BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. Mr. McShane was transported back to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, specially arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:12 am Troopers arrested Jose Cardona Paguada, age 39, of 40 Violet Street, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - First Offense, BAC Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Mr. Paguada was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
