Public Notice: Pedicab Regulations

Effective May 9, 2024.

Please be advised that the Select Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 5:30 PM and voted to amend Chapter 316 (Pedicabs Regulations), § 316-1 to allow pedal assist bicycles; § 316-2(P) to allow fees for pedicab service vs gratuity; and § 316-4 (A)(3) to extend the service area map.
