Save the Date: GOPC to Host 2024 Ohio Brownfield Confernce

The Greater Ohio Policy Center (GOPC), through the Revitalizing Ohio's Brownfields Initiative, is excited to announce it will host the 2024 Ohio Brownfields Conference on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024. The 2024 Ohio Brownfields Conference will be in a new, larger venue: The OCLC Conference Center in Dublin, Ohio. With a spacious atrium and meeting spaces, GOPC is confident this space will accommodate sponsor vendor booths and provide ample space for networking and learning!

Registration and sponsorship opportunities will be announced in the coming months.

GOPC launched the Revitalizing Ohio's Brownfields Initiative in Summer 2021 as a resource for the state's $350 million investment in brownfields. GOPC's advocacy efforts, coupled with requests from local communities and the private sector, secured an additional $350 million in brownfield grant funding through the Brownfield Remediation Program (BRP) in July 2023.

Do you have a topic or proposal that should be included at the conference?
GOPC is soliciting proposals for panels and training topics. A separate form is available to submit a proposal. Please submit your proposals by November 1st, 2023. Panel proposals are not guaranteed, and will be reviewed by the 2024 Ohio Brownfields Conference planning committee.
