Citizen Self Service Online Payment Portal Discontinued April 25

Do you use our online Paymentus customer utility bill payment portal? If so, you can stop reading right now. You're already one of the "In Crowd".

If not, and you currently are using the Citizen Self Service portal, the City is undergoing a financial/utility billing system upgrade, and the Citizen Self Service payment method will be discontinued on April 25. Once this happens, all customer utility online payments will need to be made solely through our Paymentus utility customer payment portal.

So don't wait until April 25 - join the Paymentus "In Crowd" today and avoid the last-minute stress when your payment is due.
