auDA Director departure

Tara Commerford has notified the auDA Board of her decision to step down from the auDA Board effective 31 March 2024 to pursue other opportunities.

Tara was appointed to the auDA Board in 2023 following a competitive process and commenced her term as an Appointed Director on 15 November 2023.

The auDA Board is disappointed to lose Tara, and thanks her for her contributions to auDA during her time on the Board.

auDA's Nomination Committee will conduct its usual process to identify candidates for appointment or to stand for election to its Board during 2024. Expressions of interest will be sought in coming months.

The auDA Constitution requires that the Board consist of five Appointed Directors, four Elected Directors and one Independent Chairperson. The Constitution can be found on the auDA website.
