CareFinders to Be Acquired by ModivCare

Paul, Weiss is advising CareFinders Total Care LLC, a personal care provider in the Northeastern U.S., in its $340 million sale to ModivCare Inc., a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provides integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving patient outcomes. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
