Negative Declaration

Oneida County - The City of Rome Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Copper Village will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 312,500 square foot mixed-use development in Rome's waterfront district.. The project is located City of Rome Waterfront District between Savoy Avenue, Washburn Boulevard, and Baptiste Avenue in the City of Rome, New York.
