Gas (Amendment) Bill 2023
Bill entitled an Act to provide for the dissolution of Ervia and the transfer of functions, assets, liabilities, records and staff to Gas Networks Ireland and for those and other purposes to amend and extend the Gas Act 1976 and the Gas Regulation Act 2013; to amend the Freedom of Information Act 2014; and to provide for related matters.
