Onsite Vision Clinic at IGC-S

It'sthe perfect time to get these important preventive care services taken care of! Vision exams, contact lens appointments and glasses will be offered by Dr. Tavel. Any employee or spouse who is enrolled in the vision plan can take advantage of this convenient onsite service.

The vision clinic with Dr. Tavel will be held in the Indiana Government Center Clinic by Marathon Health (located in the basement of Indiana Government Center-South) on the following days:

• Monday, March 25 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, March 26 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, March 27 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, March 28 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How much does the vision clinic cost?

For members of the INSPD sponsored plan, there is a $10 copay for a standard eye exam and a $40 co-pay for fit- follow-up when purchasing contacts. Find more information here. The cost of frames, lens and contact lens will vary depending on your prescription and brands selected.
