SiriusXM and Audiochuck to Launch Crime Junkie Radio Along with New Show “Crime Junkie AF,” Hosted by Ashley Flowers

New channel features curated selection of audiochuck's top shows, including chart-topping "Crime Junkie"

NEW YORK, NY - April 23, 2024- Today SiriusXM, in collaboration with independent media and podcast company audiochuck and its founder Ashley Flowers, announced Crime Junkie Radio, its first-ever full-time true crime channel, available exclusively for SiriusXM subscribers. The channel will launch Friday, April 26 at 8am ET with the premiere of a new series, "Crime Junkie AF," hosted by The Queen of True Crime herself, Ashley Flowers.

Curated by Ashley and the team at audiochuck, Crime Junkie Radio will be the ultimate destination for 24/7 true crime, presenting episodes from the deep archive of its flagship show "Crime Junkie " - named 2023's most listened-to show on Apple Podcasts - along with selections from its other top-rated shows, such as "The Deck."

Crime Junkie Radio will be the go-to for the most compelling, thought-provoking, and elevated true crime content, with gripping storytelling, exclusive interviews, and in-depth explorations of real investigations and the people and circumstances involved in them. The new channel and show is an expansion of SiriusXM's relationship with audiochuck, which started in 2021 with an agreement that gives SiriusXM exclusivity to ad sales rights for the network's acclaimed and award-winning podcasts via SiriusXM Media, the combined advertising sales group from Sirius XM Holdings Inc.

Crime Junkie Radio is SiriusXM's latest endeavor to give popular podcasts a new platform, and SiriusXM subscribers exclusive access, having previously launched the Freakonomics Radio channel, which features programming from across the popular Freakonomics Radio Network catalog; as well as the Crooked Radio, which brought Crooked Media's "Pod Save America" and many of their other hit podcasts to Progress (channel 127) in the lead up to the midterm elections; and Conan O'Brien Radio (channel 104), which airs a selection of popular Team Coco podcasts, including "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend," as well as exclusive content with its eponymous host.
