Dear South Gallia Middle/High School Families:

Your student's education is a partnership between home and school. We, therefore, invite you to attend our Middle/High School Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for:

• · Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 2:45pm - 6:45pm

The Conference format a night where parents/guardians meet with teachers for a brief update on their student's progress. Conference appointments will last no longer than 15 minutes.

Scheduled Appointments: If you prefer a Scheduled Appointment, please use the link provided below. You will be able to sign up to meet with specific teachers and create your own conference appointment schedule. Online sign up will be open from Friday, October 22, 2021 to Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

Go to the link and follow the steps below:

1. Check the box for each teacher you want to schedule conference appointment time.

2. Complete the student/parent/guardian information requested: click "SIGN UP."

3. You will receive a confirmation email fromhttps://www.myconferencetime.com/southgallia/

Walk-In Appointments: Please note that we still have Walk-In Appointments.

You will be able to meet with teachers on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive early for a Walk-In conference, please be aware of previously scheduled appointments.

Additionally, we want you to know that due to other district responsibilities, a few of the faculty may be in attendance only during specified times.
