Orrick Advises Griffin Gaming Partners on $55 Million Investment in Spyke Games

Orrick advised Griffin Gaming Partners on its $55 million seed round investment in Spyke Games, an Istanbul-based social, mobile casual-games company. This funding round breaks records as the largest seed round to date in Turkey and one of the largest globally in the mobile gaming industry. Spyke will use the funds to focus on the launch of its initial game, as well as to hire talent.

The Orrick team was led by Mike Sullivan and Michael Ruiz.
