Ghanaian Foreign Minister Meets Chargé d'Affairs at the UAE Embassy in Accra

Her Excellency Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana, received Amer Al Alawi, Chargé d'Affairs at the UAE Embassy in Accra, to discuss bilateral relations and a number of issues of common interest.

During the meeting, which took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the capital, Accra, Al Alawi stressed the depth of relations between the UAE and the Republic of Ghana and the continued keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

For her part, Botchwey praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the UAE and Ghana, which have witnessed remarkable development this year with the signing of a number of important and strategic memoranda of understanding. Her Excellency also expressed her wish for further prosperity in bilateral relations and the strengthening of their bonds in various fields.
