City of Sterling Heights Weather Updates as of 1/13

We know that select areas and homes of the city are currently without power, and we want to make sure you stay safe and warm until it is restored.

Many of our city facilities are open today and can provide warmth and entertainment during our business hours.

Sterling Heights Public Library

Sterling Heights Community Center

9 a.m. - 10 p.m.*

Senior Center

(40200 Utica Rd.)

9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

A list of local warming shelters can be found on the Macomb County website.

Should a mass power outage occur and the need for warming centers arises, several City and community partner buildings may open to residents. The City will provide additional information regarding which buildings will be open on all its communication channels.
