Arrest: 24RIX1-332-AR Location: Central Falls

On May 24, 2024, at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested James Martinez, age 25 of 35 Knight Street, Apartment #2, Central Falls, RI for 1.) Possession of Child Pornograpghy and 2.) Transfer of Child Pornography. Mr. Martinez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing then transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Justice Jabour set bail at $5,000 with surety to include no contact with minors and limited internet use.
