EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION approval of the appointment of a board member (EMABIT)

(headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857) (hereinafter referred to as Company) herby informs the the participants of the capital market that on request of its subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. (headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 046150) (EMABIT) request, the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) by its Decision No 2022 H-EN-II- 85/2022 dated 10 May 2022, authorised Dr. Gábor Dakó to hold the position of a membership of the Board of EMABIT.
