"HMSA is making sure our members have access to the medical care they need by suspending prior authorizations, working on care coordination with our provider partners, and offering up our clinical staff on the ground where helpful and needed. We understand these are stressful times and we are actively working with our community health care partners to better understand the need for additional resources and services."
