Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc receives CEO of Samsung Vietnam (31/07/2023-19:46:00 PM)

Deputy Minister Ngoc spoke highly of Samsung Vietnam's contributions to economic restructuring, boosting exports and growth, promoting technology models and creating jobs in the country.

She shared with facing challenges of the company amid global fluctuations, adding that the Government of Vietnam is continuing its efforts to improve its business and investment environment, create optimal conditions for businesses to invest and make breakthroughs in infrastructure development.

Vietnam also focuses on human resource training, especially those in the fields of electricity and electronics. Many large firms and corporations are standing with the Government to remove current bottlenecks in this area, she noted.

The deputy minister expressed her hope to receive continued coordination of Samsung Vietnam to overcome challenges, and support the nation in training high-quality human resources for innovation and other fields.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is committed to accompanying and holding dialogues with foreign investors, including Samsung, removing their obstacles, and creating the most favorable conditions for them to effectively and sustainably do business in the country

In reply, Choi thanked the Vietnamese officials for her sharing and comments, and said that Samsung will continue to be leading flag to boost economic cooperation between the two countries, towards higher goals in the future./.
