Public Notice: Taxi Rates & Regulations

Please be advised that the Select Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 5:30 PM and voted to increase Town of Nantucket Taxi Rates, effective May 9, 2024. New rates can be viewed here.

During the same hearing, the Select Board voted to amend Chapter 367, Taxicabs, Charter, Limousine and Tour Vehicles Regulations, § 367-4 (Prohibited practices) E (Taxicab operator dress code) (3) and (4); § 367-6 (Violations and penalties) A (Fines); and § 367-2 M (Accessible Taxicabs).
