At CONEXPO-CON/AGG, Eagle Crusher will be displaying three pieces of equipment: the UltraMax® 1600X-OC, the 8×20 Screen Plant with Integrated Feed Conveyor, and the 2036 Jaw. The equipment will be featured in Eagle Crusher's booth C30949 from March 14-18th. Until then, let us discover the new features on the 8×20 Screen Plant.
For producers that demand multi-product screening, the 8×20 Screening Plant from Eagle Crusher can produce up to four products simultaneously, three with absolute sizing, or return the oversized product for further reduction. This plant is a complete screen plant system - just add radial stacking conveyors for stockpile capabilities.
The integrated 60" feed conveyor remains on for transport and eliminates the need for a separate feed conveyor. Each of the three screen decks also feature four blending gates, allowing custom material mixes to be created to meet specific product blend needs.
The 8×20, triple-shaft screen also features service platforms on both sides that also remain on for transport. While the 6-leg hydraulic lift and leveling system enable quick and easy set up and tear down for complete run-on capabilities.
The fines conveyor feeds onto a cross conveyor that can be mounted to discharge material on either side of the plant. The bottom and middle deck cross conveyors can be mounted to discharge material to either side of the plant. The 8×20 screening plant functions with controls built into our primary crusher for system integration or with an optional independent control system for stand-alone operation and easy integration into custom systems.
