Joint Stock «Volga Shipping» announces changes to its Board of Directors.

On November 15, 2022 Pavel Kiryukhantsev shared his decision to retire from the Board of Directors of Joint Stock «Volga Shipping». Earlier, Oleg Bukin resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.

Oleg Bukin and Pavel Kiryukhantsev do not take part in the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Changes to the Board of Directors aim to increase the operational efficiency of the Company.
