This autumn, we are reinventing snack times. We are launching a completely new kind of fillable bread to add some wow to your days: Fazer Lemppari Paahtotasku is a fillable bread pocket that fits in your toaster. With Fazer Lemppari Paahtotasku toast pockets, you will master delicious toasted and grilled sandwiches in no time. They have an opening at the top for filling the toast with your favourite toppings. For a delicious, crunchy toasted sandwich, just pop the filled bread in the toaster! The new product gives consumers a fast, fun, and versatile way of making delicious, toasted sandwiches.Lactose-free.Available in shops from 22/08/2023.

Fazer Puikula Jyväisä Ruisherkku 6 pcs 330 g

Rye grains give this new Puikula a nice crunch. The bread has been baked in Lahti, using sourdough and Finnish flour milled at our own mill. The bread, slightly thinner than a slice of rye bread, creates the perfect balanced snack with a touch of sweetness. According to Fazer's bread survey, 75% of respondents think rye bread is a key part of a healthy diet, with up to 87% of over 56-year-old respondents agreeing with the statement*. Fazer Lemppari Paahtosämpylä Karpalo-unikonsiemen (toast bread rolls cranberry and poppy) 6 pcs 330 g

Lemppari toast bread rolls are designed to be toasted. They get a crunchy outside in the toaster while the inside remains deliciously soft. Cranberries and poppy seeds give the rolls plenty of flavour and texture. Lactose-free. Available in shops from 22/08/2023.

The popular classic Fazer Juustosämpylä now has a yummy buddy: Fazer Herkkusämpylä gourmet roll is a hefty new bread roll with seeds and groats to bring flavour and a nice crunch. Lactose-free and vegan. Marked with the Produced in Finland label. Available in shops from 22/08/2023.

Oululainen Pullava Uuniomenapitko (sweet bun loaf with baked apple filling) 400 g

This favourite autumn flavour is getting a makeover: Pullava's baked apple filling is now accompanied by quark, creating the perfect flavour combination for autumn coffee moments. Pullava is now softer than ever and baked without palm oil. Pullava is the best-selling sweet loaf product family on the market**. Low in lactose. Marked with the Finnish Key Flag symbol. Gluten-free and delicious

Fazer Gluteeniton Mustikkakakkunen (gluten-free blueberry pie) 2 pcs 150 g

Fazer Gluteeniton Mustikkakakkunen returns to the bakery aisle this autumn as a seasonal product. Mustikkakakkunen, made with butter, contains 18% blueberry filling. Lactose-free. Marked with the Finnish Key Flag symbol. Available in stores from 22/08/2023 to 29/01/2024.

Fazer Gluteeniton Riisipiirakka (gluten-free rice pasty)4 pcs 240 g (frozen product)

This product is not just gluten-free, it is also dairy-free, vegan and contains no palm oil without sacrificing any of its delicious flavour! The dough is made with oats and is filled with rich rice porridge. The rice pasty is ready to eat after defrosting. The pasty can also be heated up straight from the freezer in the toaster, microwave oven or a regular oven. Available in shops from 04/09/2023.

Fazer Kiireetön Moniviljaleipä (multigrain bread) 380 g

The grain-rich and delicious flavour comes from wheat, rye, oat, barley as well as flax and sunflower seeds. The bread has a long resting time, which creates a tasty multigrain bread. The high-quality Fazer Kiireetön Moniviljaleipä with a crunchy outside is perfect for slow mornings, moments of indulgence and as an evening snack. Strongly salted. Marked with the Produced in Finland label. Available in shops from 07/08/2023.

Fazer Kuningatarwiener (Raspberry and Blueberry Danish pastry) 80 g

Fazer Kuningatarwiener contains a wonderfully berry-rich blueberry and raspberry jam and a gentle vanilla filling. Fazer Kuningatarwiener is baked with real butter, without palm oil. Low in lactose. Marked with the Produced in Finland label. Available in shops from 07/08/2023.

Freeze bread and reduce waste

Food waste, in terms of bread in particular, is a big source of frustration for most Finns (85%). Check the back of the bread packaging to see if the product can be frozen. Then just grab the necessary amount of bread from the freezer the next time you want to enjoy some delicious bread! Freeze the bread when it is fresh, and it will be just as delicious defrosted.
