New website for family support

The Council's Family Information Service website has been completely refreshed to make accessing support, advice and services provided by the Council easier than ever.

What support is available to families in Kensington and Chelsea?

The launch of the new website comes as the Council kicks off a year-long promotional campaign, pointing the spotlight at a variety of services available to our residents.

This includes:

• support offered in-person at our family hubs
• early education and childcare information
• activities to entertain and educate

Cllr Catherine Faulks, Lead Member for Family and Children's Services, said: "It's a difficult time for parents and families as they navigate the cost-of-living crisis, and as children take on the challenges of life following Covid. There is support out there - but we know that it's not always clear where to look, or simple to know if you're eligible. With this campaign, we want families to feel informed, supported and confident to access whatever support they need."

We will be promoting support for families across our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and X, as well as in our weekly e-newsletter K&CLife.
