The 21-story, Manhattan condominium infuses pastel wallpaper throughout the building's amenity spaces and also uses pastels to dress up its model units for a calming appeal, including in the staging of a nursery.

The condo tower, designed by architect Jean Nouvel and interiors by Thierry Despont, features a two-bedroom residence that boasts baby blue walls to invoke a tranquil atmosphere. The blue wall is accented with decorative mirrors and a textured wall.
